Important Information about your GP Board

Please ensure that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your booking time in full AAL Uniform.

You will need to have completed the online Officer Development Program (training.airleague.com.au).

Please make sure all your Officer Warrant Application Forms have been completed. You can download them below.

If you have not already submitted the following, please bring on the day:

Form 41 (Signed by yourself, Sqn Adj. and Wing OC)
2 Separate F41a (with non AAL members listed)
A Form 41b for each Form 41a if your Wing O.C is completing the phone interviews.
A completed ODP Appendix A.
Copy of photo ID

The F41b needs to be completed by your Wing O.C for each reference (min of 2) provided by yourself
